Taking over the role of Director of Engineering / Chief Engineer in the international hospitality chain or MEP Project Manager in the real estate project development. As more than12 years Mechanical & Electrical experience working for the Vietnam's leanding hospitality hotel chains and foreign companies as well as obtaining the master’s degree of electrical engineering from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, I am confident to take over the role of Chief Engineer / Director of Engineering in the projects of high-rise building' hotel, resort, big shopping mall, not only in the technical field but also on the project management. On the other hand, I have the strong background experience in the hotel pre-opening in Vietnam.

 Design Electric schematic diagram, Electric Plan of Hight & Low Votage electrical.
 Appraisal of construction design of electrical works from 0.4kV to 220kV voltage of Vietnam Electricity.
 Supervising the construction of contractors, ensuring compliance with technical standards and labor safety regulations.
 Organize the inspection and supervision of input materials and equipment meeting quality standards as prescribed.
 Organize work collection experience with the construction project management board and handover for Operation departments.

 Report daily inspection construction work at site;
 Checking shop drawing and As-built drawing of construction;
 Instruct technical to complete each work item in good quality and meet specification;
 Supervising construction work.

 Assesses and reviews the job performance of subordinates and maintains personel records of assigned employees.
 Oversees training and development of Engineering department.
 Directs and coordinates the activities of all assigned personnel and department responsibilities.
 Make plan schedule to maintenance, repair, installation all electric, mechanic, air- conditional systems…
 Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests throughtout the hotel, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.
 Reviews all outside contract services for departmental responsibilities with the hotel Manager (GM).

 Carry out general room inspections and preventive maintenance inspections, all emergency repairs to all technical equipment, welding and machining.
 Implement cost effective Preventive Maintenance Program.
 Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the hotel & resort.
 Ensure effective selection and appointment of new associates within the department.
 Evaluate associate performance and analyze training and development needs. Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career pathing. Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines.
 Manage inventories and procurement of parts and supplies. Oversee the general cost control aspects of maintenance, ensure in line with departmental budgeting, capital plan and projects. Our goal is to cost-effectively maximize the schedule.
 Implement energy management system to minimize wastage and costs. Ensure proper measures are taken to protect the environment and the hotel’s adherence to it.
 Control and supervise the fire protection preventive maintenance program.
 Be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering management capacity to protect our guests and employees, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergence. Act quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status.
 Control and administer all Engineering contracts. Source quotations and supervise contractors on site.

 Supervises the installation of the equipment of contractors FLC Luxury Hotel SamSon. Hotel have 355 Room.
 Supevises the installation of the equipment of contractors FLC Grand Hotel Samson. Hotel have 586 Room.
 Management and maintenance of hight and low voltage electrical systems ( with 15 Transfomers, 12 Generators…) of FLC Samson
 Performs quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the systems.
 Analyze energy and utilities usage, look for ways to conserve energy and implement energy conservation programs.
 Manage, repair and lead maintenance projects and building improvements by effectively coordinating and planning all tasks in advance. Utilize all possible resources and coordinate efforts with engineering and other affected departments. Use project management techniques along with the appropriately assigned engineering team members to perform project planning and execution. All methods, materials and practices must meet and be in accordance with local codes, company specifications, national codes and standard practices.

 Manage, repair and lead maintenance projects and building improvements by effectively coordinating and planning all tasks in advance. Utilize all possible resources and coordinate efforts with engineering and other affected departments. Use project management techniques along with the appropriately assigned engineering team members to perform project planning and execution.  Look for renovation/renewal/changing necessary for the smooth, efficient operation and 5-star overview of the engineering system and property.
