Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort Starting as Outlets Manager, fully responsible for setting up 3 Outlets and the Banquet area as well as supporting to setup 4 other Outlets following Melia Hotels International guidelines. After promoting, operate all the F&B outlets under the direction from the Director of Food and Beverage. Also, playing a vital role in training and coaching all team members. Major accomplishments: • In the first two months after opening, not only achieved the financial budget but also bypassed the revenue of Room Division • On the first three months of 2020, not only achieved the financial targets but also by passed with great differences (especially on February the actual revenue is double comparing to the target revenue) • Training and coaching a strong team of senior staffs which become the backbone of the F&B team with over 80 associates.

Major accomplishments: • Taking part in developing the pre-opening and post-opening planning as well as ensure innovative guest dining experiences, delivering outstanding customer service together with building an engaged associate team. • Oversee administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, training, equipment and food ordering, maintenance, and other needs as they arise. • Raising a strong local supervisor team which still play a vital role in term of operation until now.

Playboy Establishment Hanoi Assisting the General Operation Manager in terms of setting up the luxury “Cabaret” style night club. Fully responsible for organizing all the Operation aspects such as furniture arrangement, technical issues, service procedure… Taking care all the floor operations after opening together with authority relations.
