○ Concerto: strategic analysis reporting and rate codes management.
○ Fornova: ensure rate parity to avoid revenue loss to third party channels.
○ Lighthouse: advance business & competitors insights.
○ Shiji Infrasys: POS reporting tools F&B and Spa outlets.
▪ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management, effectively communicating revenue performance and trends.
▪ Plan for and conduct weekly Revenue Generation (RevGen) meetings to develop tactical and strategic actions. Take part in P&L and shareholder meetings.
Forecasting & budgeting Leadership:
