Task: Re-establish the connection with OTAs. Plan sales campaign and get in touch with new potential market partner- Australia. Boost the appearance, and sales on the OTAs platform, Search engine, and Social medias. Achievement: After first 3 months, the hotel, from the bottom of the market, became more competitive, and gained the 1st spot in term of production and roomnights according to the report generated by Partners. Comparing to the year before, the revenue and roomnights figures have increased thousands of percentage. After 2 months of campaign with the Australian partner, the hotel got over 2,000 roomnights OTB. Affected by the pandemic, handle the tasks related to Finance, reservation,... during hotel closure.
