I was originally from the police environment with 12 years of work experience and left because i was no longer ideal for politics. After that, i worked in hospitality until now. I have been approached a lot about the fileds of state management, criminal- civil law, skilled in the job for ensuring the secutity and safety field. I want to contribute my small efforts to the great success of the management unit. At work, I always build solutions to ensure security. For many years, i was a grassroots emulation fighter
- Manage and be responsible for the effectiveness of tasks related to security and safety within the resort. - Advise and consult with the Resort Management Board on establishing a standard security system for the resort, including processes, policies, and operational forms for the department. - Develop a detailed plan regarding security principles, working procedures, and job descriptions for each staff position within the department. - Organize shift-start meetings, handover meetings, and assign tasks, as well as duty positions for internal staff and service security personnel. - Check fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and fire suppression systems to ensure they are in the correct locations and functioning properly. - Develop plans and strategies for handling emergencies and potential situations that may arise involving guests, staff, or the resort. - Receive and address security and safety-related requests from guests and staff. - Control the entry/exit information of people coming in and out of the resort, ensuring that staff wear name tags and uniforms as required. - Control the assets brought into and out of the resort, ensuring compliance with the proper inspection procedures. - Prepare training programs and directly guide, train, and instruct department staff, service security personnel, and resort staff to ensure they are familiar with procedures and possess the necessary skills to handle emergencies and situations that may jeopardize the security and safety of the resort. - Periodically participate in and report on the security and safety operations of the two resorts to the General Director.

Taking over the job of SEM
- Supervises all functions & operation of Security depatment, Guest activities & safety in hotel, Fire safety and prevention in all hotel areas, Hotel security and safety, Assets & People movement (in and out of hotel). - Supervising and coordinating Security’s daily activities, as well take care of safety for our guests at all time. - Provides information resort activities and policies to guests, visitors, suppliers, contractors, partners. Well aware of Hotel SOPs and Security SOPs to train all Security Officers to ensure they work effectively with high productivity. Arrange the training register for maximum Security officers to join Hotel trainings as requested and supervise their participation. - Arrange Monthly traning calendar and Training Report and send to related departments on time. Actively seeking training content which promote Staff performance & skills. Do Performance review to staffs and propose any suggestion (if needed). - Assist Manager in all hiring, reviewing and promoting within the department. Adhere to the established programs and duty timetables daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly, ensuring they are carried out as planned. Organize, arrange and supervise occational events in Hotel which occurs on Public Holiday, weeken and other peak hours. Control staff, cleanliness and grooming, uniforms, timeliness, and job performance - Ensuring the department equipment or tools are under good condition for smoothly daily operation. Follow up with related departments to make sure the tools/ equipment are repaired or replaced on time. Report to Line Manager for any broken and replaced items . - Do weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly checklist for Fire Fighting & Rescue equipments & tools as requested by Line Manager, also arrange and supervise team members to complete it, as well CCTV system as requested by Line Manager, corporate with other departments (Engineering, IT,..) to solve any related issues. - Supervise Hotel Key system to avoid any potential risks. Do check and verify weekly and monthly report of Roster & Payroll to meet deadline. - Follow all hotel standards to ensure that the guests have a pleasant stay. Create sparkling experiences to guests. Control & apply strictly all policy, regulation and procedures of the hotel. Prepare all material and office supply for the daily operation (tools, forms,…), transmit the knowledge to the staff to improve their performance and correct them if necessary. - Joining morning briefing or meeting daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly with Hotel Management Board to catch up information, also deliver the information to all employees correctly and fully, as well as coordinate to complete the asigned tasks. Work outside in all weather conditions, including inclement weather.
