I have three years of experience cooking western dishes for Park Hyatt Saigon and JW Marriott Phu Quoc. I am able in charge of Main course, Pasta, Pizza and Cold sections, of which my strength is making charcoal and grilling beef, fish and lamb in wood-fired oven. Besides cooking duty, other soft skills such as filleting fish, opening oyster and communicating in English lie also within my competence.
