Support HR Admin: Arrange and order office stationery and equipment. Arrange administrative works before the new ambassador on board Guide ambassadors to return items and equipment that the company has issued to the relevant departments before resigning. Manage and update the information of employee benefits: daily meal, birthday, awards, allowance. Follow up the signing documents to other departments. Design update the notice documents for employees. Guide the payment process of compensation expenses. Support Recruiment process: On the basis of the suitable resumes that have been approved by Talent and Culture Executive, arrange to contact candidates via calling and direct interviews. Arrange for a direct interview. Guiding candidate to prepare necessary procedures before starting Coordinating with C&B and administration to prepare everything needed before candidates are on board. Make sure onboarding kit is fully prepared before ambassadors start working. Meet candidates in person on their first day to guide and support to introduce other departments. Follow-up with On-boarding process for newcomers Update recruitment status of the vacancies to Talent & Culture Executive. Perform other duties as assigned by Talent & Culture Executive.
