Arrange for a direct interview. Guiding candidate to prepare necessary procedures before starting Coordinating with C&B and administration to prepare everything needed before candidates are on board. Make sure onboarding kit is fully prepared before ambassadors start working. Meet candidates in person on their first day to guide and support to introduce other departments. Follow-up with On-boarding process for newcomers Update recruitment status of the vacancies to Talent & Culture Executive. Perform other duties as assigned by Talent & Culture Executive.
