I've been having 4 years of experience working in hospitality and being also as Restaurant Captain at East West Brewing for 3 years.
I've been working in this hospitality over years and expecting to make a big step in my career. I've been having knowledge and experience working in this field and concentrating on what I've been doing. My goal is becoming a Restaurant Manager within over 2 years, 2023.
I've been trying a lot to achieve this certificate, and I believe that I will make much more effort to get better.

We've held a lot of events with 3rd parties over years. - In-charge: being capable of managing team (5-7 members) and running restaurant floor efficiently. - Event organization: know how to organize an event and how it would be. - Ensure everything's alright before welcoming guests. - Handle problems reasonably and quickly. - Motivate staffs to work efficiently. - Delivery core values to guests and keep them coming back. - Inventory: controlling, overseeing and maintaining stock then making orders. - Using Bravo system to make Purchasing request order. - Report Customer feedbacks and other paperwork. - Training: create training lessons to improve staff's skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced invironment.
- Setup welcoming packages in guest's room properly. - Taking orders and bring them to guests. - Clear all utensils after guests finished. - Support restaurant operation.
