❖ Keeps a record & profile on former, existing, potential clients in the system. ❖ Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan. ❖ Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month. ❖ Presents a summary of visits to the Director of Sales on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior to and after the week is completed. ❖ Ensures that the invoicing effectively corresponds to all services agreed upon and rendered. ❖ Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references. ❖ Records all daily sales activities in system. ❖ Records the statistics of his accounts in system. ❖ Submits production reports on list of accounts on a monthly basis. ❖ Conducts briefing for meeting / mice group with other departments when required. ❖ Pays visits to former, existing accounts and to develop potential accounts in view of entering into contracts, RFP, tour programs, offers and promotions. ❖ Build up new accounts and manage database from sales calls, email introductions and tele-marketing ❖ Defines precisely client’s requirements and ensures the offer corresponds effectively to their requests. ❖ Provides after-sales follow up and in particular to ensure all guest’s requirement / complaints are taken seriously and discussed / hand over to the respective departments if necessary. ❖ Receives in the hotel if any important guests whom he has approached. ❖ Negotiates prices with the clients. ❖ Confirms verbal proposals in writing. ❖ Achieves monthly sales target and to maximize the sales revenue ❖ Conduct sales calls, sales trip, attend trade show or roadshow.
