In the first three months, I aim to excel as a Health Club Attendant/Fitness Coach. This involves mastering hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring clear communication for a seamless guest experience, and efficiently maintaining equipment and service areas. I'll actively engage in brand-building activities and foster positive relationships with colleagues and guests. From months six through twelve, I aim to become a professional Gym/Fitness Attendant or Personal Trainer, prioritize ensuring guests utilize gym equipment safely and efficiently, while also motivating them to achieve their fitness goals. Ultimately, I strive to foster strong relationships between guests and the hotel, contributing to the hotel's reputation as a premier 5-star destination.

My duties included generating English inventory reports for a British Director and ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the inventory space. Moreover, I oversaw all operations on various e-commerce sites such as Shopee, Tiki, and Lazada. This experience has equipped me with the discipline and precision necessary to excel as a fitness attendant, where I can apply my commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment to support guests in achieving their fitness goals seamlessly.

Working as a Bellman at Vinpearl Landmark 81 Autograph & Collection brought me a strong foundation in guest service and attention to detail to the role of a Fitness Attendant. From managing luggage and providing information on amenities to ensuring guest satisfaction and effective teamwork, I am adept at delivering exceptional service. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my customer service skills and passion for fitness to contribute to the success of the fitness club, assisting guests in achieving their fitness goals with dedication and professionalism.

My work experience as a Guest Relations Officer and GSA Cum Bellman at this 5-star resort has equipped me with the necessary skills for the role of a Personal Trainer, Gym Attendant. In addition to my strong communication skills have been developed in both Vietnamese and English, I possessed the ability to problem-solve and more than 3 years of training experience, which makes me confident that I can contribute to the success of the hotel and fitness club. Furthermore, I have a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, which I believe are important attributes for any Fitness related roles.

Working for almost a year at Namaste as a Diving Instructor has "upgraded" my swimming, rescue, water drowning first aid and public speaking skills. It has also trained me to communicate confidently in English, especially since there are many foreign customers who use the service here. This experience has given me the opportunity to hone my communication skills and build trust with customers. I believe that my experience here will be an excellent foundation for me to excel in the role that I am applying for, and to contribute to the development and provide an excellent experience for the customers of your Hotel/Resort/Gym Club.
