Own the month-end close process, including preparation of accurate P&L, balance sheet reviews, cash flow statements, and timely financial reporting to senior management. Ensure full tax compliance (VAT, CIT, PIT) and successfully coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits. Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, fixed asset register, and implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency. Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecasting processes. Provide financial analysis and actionable recommendations to optimize costs and drive profitability. Mentor and develop junior accountants while maintaining strong internal controls and full compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
