Compensation & Benefits:
 Organize, direct and manage the operations of the HR Department to ensure the HR functions guide support, align to the company’s vision.
 Process monthly payroll for all employees (more than 400-500 employees)
 Was responsible for related compensation issues such as Annual Salary review, Bonus, PIT refund other special payments.
 Make the reports/proposals and other benefit program to Human Resources Division for approval (in Ha Noi).
 Yearly declare Personal Income Tax for all employees.
 Doing periodically budgets preparation & control.
 Periodically reviewing C&B policy in compliance with legal/law.
 Regularly improving C&B procedure in compliance with company procedure.
 Researching data and prepare initial proposal for annual salary review.
 Coordinate with Department Heads in human resource matters related to their department containing, departmental organization chart, regular performance appraisals, attendance records, annual leave/compensation leave control, staff misconduct and labor discipline.
Record Maintenance:
 Maintain current human resources files & databases.
 Maintain and update employee benefit, employee status and related records.
 Maintain records related to the contact details, employment history, attendance record, and training received salary and level, annual leave entitlement and performance review.
 Perform file audits to ensure that all requires employee documentation is collected and maintained.
 Perform and monitor all employment paperwork including employment offers, employment contracts, promotions, internal transfer and termination.
 Complete termination paper and exit interview.
Recruitment/New hire process:
 Manage recruitment process : Job advertising, select CV, making interview schedule, arrange time, take care job offer, labor contract, salary payment...
 Manage and update candidate's database.
 Conduct orientation, uniform, name tag ... for new hired employee.
 Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding job description, post the vacancy on recruitment tools: Vietnamwork, Hotel Job, fan page, ...
 Contact the selected agency to place the advertisement through internet or websites or universities, colleges to find employees.
 Identify and plan to hold job fair at university.
 Screen qualified candidates and makes appointments for the interview and test.
 Short-listed potential candidates.
 Interview candidates and chose qualified ones.
 Ensure background and reference checks completed.
 Preparing offer letters and letter of Employment for the selected candidates to sign before starting employment.
 Schedule job interview and assist in interview process.
 Prepare new employee files including employee profiles, employment offers, and employment contracts.
 Oversee the completion of C&B documentation.
 Set-up orienting new employees to organization.
Training & Development:
