Main responsibilities: - Organizing internal events, meetings or training sessions. - Coordinating internal & external training sessions, working with agencies or training academies to book courses. - Purchasing office supplies and equipment. - Be responsible for tracking and managing the company's assets, equipment. - Making payment orders for the office fees and making weekly/monthly detail reports to the Line manager. - KPIs statistics monthly for all departments. - Input HR data. - Booking airline tickets and hotel rooms for internal customers or partners. - More admin tasks were assigned by the Line manager and HR Director.
1. Support Promotion, POSM, Activation for DT (Distributive Trade) & Ecommerce channel: - Create schemes for DT & Ecommerce channel promotion based on the agreed plan cascaded by CCD Assistant Manager - Prepare Notice to the Department of Trade (Thong Bao So Thuong Mai) for each promotion. - Be responsible for gift/promotional item: • Prepare mock up for promotions • Raise Purchasing request • Working with appointed Suppliers to ensure gift quality & delivery time • Working with delivery agency to deliver gifts to different stores as per the allocation by Regions/ Customer • Doing Goods receipt note as the end of the process • Explore new ideas for promotion items. • Support superiorly in managing month-to-month operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources • Trade visitting to understand market situation and clients' requirements to support development of business plans 2. Support POSM & Activation MT (Modern Trade) channel: - Get final design & POSM mock-up (if available) from marketing team, follow up to ensure POSM supplier get right guideline to produce POSM instore. - Create schemes for budget in system. - Do Purchasing request & Goods receipt note on system. - Coordinate and communicate with Agencies for all planned activations based on final brief from Assistant CCD Manager. 3. Logistic for team CCD: - Control POSM & Gift stock level in warehouse combine with status of shipment and any issues day-by-day and follow up with supply chain team. - Tracking and follow up per PO from Logistics team.
- Understand shopper insights, shopper journey, category, channel & customer trends across channels and regions by analyzing business operation data (including Sales, Consumers, Products, Market situation, retailer channels, etc.) to deliver the business strategy. - Track and understand category, channel & customer trends also the company’s performance in the market. - Execute marketing and trade activities included new product launches, consumer promotions, trading activations, visibilities in stores to drive maximum benefits & objectives of such activities. - Work in collaboration with distribution partners (KA/Sales team) for trade marketing development and execution. - Work cross-functional teams in Sales, Finance, Logistics and Branding team to achieve projects. - Create and execute schemes for thematic campaigns for retailer channels' promotions based on the agreed plan cascaded by the Manager. - Work with agencies to make proper briefings, give feedback and monitor progress until completion. - Develop and propose ideas to enhance the visibility of merchandising at retailer stores' displays. - Align with design team to create ideas for designing and produce POSM, merchandising retail displays. - Budget management: including PR/PO follow up/tracking, weekly expenditure tracking & reports, monthly budget vs actual, yearly budget vs actual. - Execution supporting to Line Manager.
In-charge of client Fumakilla 1. Trade Marketing plan - To work closely with Supplier Management Team and Field Sales Operation management team to establish the trade channel strategies and monthly trade activities with a view to supporting the sales team to achieve sales and distribution target. - Assist in the development of brand strategies and plans in order to achieve short and long-term business targets (financial and in-market performance). 2. Sales target After alignment with Field Sales Operation Team and Supplier Management Team about the monthly sales target to set the target for different trade channels and stockists. 3. Quarterly/monthly activities - On a quarterly/monthly basis to agree on the quarterly/monthly ATL and BTL activities and sales & distribution target with Supplier Management Team and Field Sales Operation Management Team. - Participate in the management of the creative development process and the execution of the brand activations. This includes communications, promotion strategies, consumer and in-store activities. - Work with internal DKSH team in the implementation of marketing plans and in the execution of consumer support programs ie. consumer promotions. - Assist in monitoring and analyzing competitive and marketplace activity. - Work with various counterparts in Fumakilla on cross-promo, cross sampling and activation activities. 4. Inventory management To ensure that the stock at GT/MT store level and stockists are sufficient to support the sales team to deliver sales targets. 5. BTL budget management To manage a sufficient BTL budget to ensure that the trade channel activities are implemented effectively within the given budget. 6. Negotiation In close cooperation with Field Sales Management Team to negotiate effectively with Supplier Management Team to get the sufficient BTL budget to support sales team to deliver the target as well as to negotiate effectively with Field Sales Operation Management Team to deliver the sales and distribution target.
