I am a hard working, determined and passionate person. I graduated from Master of International Hotel Management at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and currently seeking to further my career in Hospitality industry. Having experience in various departments within the hotel and restaurants has greatly increased my knowledge on how to handle people and make them feel welcomed. My goal is to be involved in providing excellent service and being an asset to any organization that I am employed by.
- Provide historical and information about culture, people, landmarks, heritages. - Pick up tourists at the airport then transfer to their hotels. - Escort tourists on sightseeing and tours of cities, historical sites, museums, monuments, tourist attractions. - Coordinate tours under company directions and upsell tour packages.
- Operate F&B performance by using POS systems. - Assist guests with booking and seat reservation. - Ensure accuracy with requests and service delivery. - Maintain standards of hygiene of F&B area. - Upsell food & beverage.
- Assist to check-in/out for guests and promote hotel brand. - Assist guests with all enquires regarding to reservations. - Use Opera system to perform all data. - Manage database, contact with customers through phones. - Maintain 5-star hospitality service and handle complaints. - Upsell hotel services through bookings.
- Monitor and update data within the school’s inhouse systems and ensure information maintained in these systems remains valid, up to date. - Assist the Head of Administration with email correspondence to members of the HAIS community. - Assist in the translation of school’s documents and emails. - Oversight Bus Management across the school. - Answering of school telephones and inquiries about school. - Supporting Admissions team to increase the number of students.
