I have been in different positions in the hospitality industry for 10 years. As a result, I am Senior Sales Manager ( Leisure team ) of Pan Pacific Hanoi which operates to serve foreign customers from travel agent companies. Moreover, I am in love with Sales & Marketing. - Welcome guests in a friendly and professional way Address and escalate customer complaints to the Guest Relation Manager, Duty Manager & Front Oyce Manager to make sure client experiences are perfect - Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services - Establish close connections with customers to provide personalized service - Wisely prepare for VIP arrival and personally welcome customers. - Participate in the 'Guest of the Day' program to generate good feedback for the hotel on TripAdvisor - Get creative in ways to surprise customers during their stay at the hotel - Being proactive, professional, and friendly in all aspects of service and customer interaction
- Present the interest of clients and negotiate with hotel management to deliver what they ask for, where appropriate to build up - Giving training, supporting to Sales Executive - Sales product and service to new, existing and prospective customers and considering goals set forth in the sale strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the bene{t of the business - Handling the complaints and resolve services Glitches during guest events or their stay
