– Operating the payroll, bonus, allowance and other compensation regimes for employees. – Implement company policies in term of Expats benefit to ensure that all implementation are aligned with MI guideline. – Monitoring and take charge of Social Insurance and insurance regimes. – Being responsible to tax procedures. – Be consultant related to labor, insurance and tax issues to Employees and Manager. – Verify documentations before process payment and service contract. – Timely updating the government's circulars and decrees on salary and related regimes to propose the application and implementation of corresponding regimes at the company. – Participating in development of Sunfish system and LSOP/ procedures of the company. – Posting accounting on system and back-up for audit. – Be responsible for all C&B reports to both HR Department and Finance Department. – Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
