• Processes reservations by mail, telephone, online channels, central Reservation..
from the sales office, other departments, and travel agents.
• Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows/ Pick up reports/
Maintain a daily and monthly reporting (forecast/ RN pick up,..)
• Responds to all guest reservation requests in order to ensure guests comfort,
satisfaction and safety.
• Assists and prepare in groups pre-arrival process
• Update No-shows and cancellations on all OTA's without fail to avoid and
unwanted commissions.
• Handles any request for pre- booking of F&B experiences, transportation, activities
, Day pass, Photoshooting promptly and accurately. Details are shared with the
concerned department or third party accurately.
• Keep track Tentative / Provisional bookings entered on the system and follow up
done for deposits/guarantee.
• Records and files all reservation correspondence on prescribed folders
