As Assistant Western Restaurant Manager and Acting Outlet Manager at Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou, I am fully responsible for the daily operations of the Italian restaurant “Mamma Mia” and assist in managing the Palm Court Café. During my tenure, I successfully improve overall restaurant performance in 2024 through strategic menu design, themed promotional events, and guest engagement initiatives. I work closely with the culinary team to develop innovative seasonal menus, which significantly enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. With a solid academic background and rich professional experience, I am fluent in English, Italian, and German, and have basic communication skills in Chinese, allowing me to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments.
