+ Service Quality Management Segment - Guide and check the service status related to staff, food quality at the restaurants within the company system (Crystal Jade Palace, Sushi Tei, Dynasty House, Au Lac Do Brazil, Shri...) - Assist restaurant management in resolving customer issues - Support VIP, VVIP customers, and important partners - Summarize and report on service quality, daily customer feedback, provide solutions for customer complaints + Customer Service Segment - Assist customers through online channels, hotline, social media - Take reservations, provide information on promotions and offers to customers - Resolve customer complaints within allowed authority - Perform audits at restaurants according to the combined plan of the operations, sales & marketing department, and operations control committee - Assist the membership department, earn points for customers using FnB services
Provide and serve food and beverage services for guests staying at the hotel and for customers using FnB services. Be well-versed in skills related to service, customer communication, sales, staff management, and reporting in a 5-star hotel environment.
