Supported DOSM in reviewing marketing collaterals and developed and executed a monthly content calendar. Collaborated with media and press partners, including L’Officiel, Luxuo, and HTV, through PR coverage and KOL‐featured press events to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Launched and managed the hotel’s TikTok, producing videos that reached 1,000+ views and one that reached 200,000 organically. Designed basic Canva graphics, planned, and conducted resort photo/video shooting, image editing, and video editing. Tracked & followed up on Marketing contracts. Found and coordinated models, talents, and KOLs from diverse networks for hotel photography and branding video projects. Managed and updated the hotel’s fanpage and website. Executed various marketing projects for the hotel, including. co‐marketing campaigns with corporate partners, as directed by the DOSM. Conducted competitor surveys and market research.
