- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, providing guidance on menu selections and addressing questions about product ingredients. - Remain comfortable working on feet throughout the shift. - Create a welcoming atmosphere by consistently showing courtesy, enthusiasm, and positivity. - Work effectively as part of a team with strong communication skills. - Prepare and cook dishes promptly according to restaurant standards while ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance. - Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly, including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and other cooking appliances.
- Review emails and other documents, and coordinate the flow of information internally as well as with other departments and external organizations. - Efficiently process 3 – 5 cases daily on average, and adapt to higher volumes upon request. - Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for executives or based on client requests. - Answer phone calls and emails, and appropriately forward calls and messages. Experience in assisting guests from Korea, Indonesia, The Philippines, China, Japan, Albania, Roman, Turkey, Brazil, Czech Republic, etc. - Coordinate with multiple departments to address customer requests, complaints, and claims effectively. - Deliver information and assistance to guests with professionalism and enthusiasm. - May supervise and train new employees on administrative procedures and current software applications.
