Recruitment (70%) Support the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up. Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing: Post job openings on various job boards and social media channels. Create job posts, graphics, and short videos using Canva/Capcut CV Screening & Candidate Management: Screen CVs, conduct phone screenings to assess candidates’ basic qualifications and fit. Interview Coordination & Offer Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and departments. Discuss and negotiate with selected candidates about suitable offers.
