Supported the recruitment team in seeding and posting job across relevant channels Sourcing and screening candidate applications based on defined job requirements Welcomed and supported on-site interview candidates for a positive experience Developed content and edited images for recruitment materials and employer branding initiatives
Recruitment (70%) Support the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up. Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing: Post job openings on various job boards and social media channels. Create job posts, graphics, and short videos using Canva/Capcut CV Screening & Candidate Management: Screen CVs, conduct phone screenings to assess candidates’ basic qualifications and fit. Interview Coordination & Offer Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and departments. Discuss and negotiate with selected candidates about suitable offers. Onboarding: Lead onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees Internal Communication & Employer Branding (20%) Plan and execute internal communication: emails, newsletters, internal groups. Organize employee engagement activities: birthdays, teambuilding, monthly celebrations,... Collect employee feedback and propose activities to enhance workplace culture. Assist in creating engaging content (caption + design) for the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) to promote job openings and company culture Others (10%) Managed HR records (contracts, offer letters, paperworks,...) Prepare and file HR-related documents, including new hire forms and onboarding materials. Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to HR and recruitment operations Achivements: Successfully filled 40+ employees, 30 positions (Back Office, Tech & FMCG) within 6 months, helping meet urgent business demands (Sales Representative, Account Executive, Video Editor, Assistant Brand Manager, Ecommerce Operation, General Accountant,...) Lead internal project (Vietnamese Women’s Day, Mid-autumn Festival, Team Building...)
