 Deliver FOH vocational units covering customer service, food and beverage service, table service, beverage preparation, espresso coffee, responsible service of alcohol, food safety and safe work practices.
 Tutor learners requiring additional support in vocational theory and practical skills.
 Support learners with individual and group projects required for final assessment, including themed events for VIP guests.
 Assist trainers during theoretical and practical assessments conducted at the training centre and restaurant.
 Develop, update and translate training materials and learning resources.
 Prepare classrooms, equipment, materials and ingredients for practical training sessions.
 Coordinate ingredient orders, collect receipts and support payment documentation.
 Maintain and organise learners' assessment evidence and records.
 Support vocational competitions, Final Assessments, study tours, workshops, field trips, community activities and other Foundation training activities.
 Coordinate with trainers and relevant teams to support effective delivery of practical training activities.
