- Build up and maintain the relationship with customer account. - Contribute with Sales and marketing ideas to promote the hotel products in the market. - Handle promotions, online selling, representative office requests in coordination with the Sales team. - Follow up booking payment when needed. - Support Sales with forecasts and revenue planning. - Define potential clients and follow-up.
- Be a one point of contact and a consultant to guest from the first call till the day of the event. - Respond to and coordinate all internal meeting requests assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager. - Plan and carry out direct sales activities as per agreed budgets, sales volumes and value.
- Take reservation for any function bookings. - Conduct the hotel site inspection for potential accounts and prepare the initial proposal for the function. - Once the initial function proposal was sent out, make follow up call for any changes. - Closely co-ordinate with related departments for function details changes such as banquet service, kitchen, beverage, stewarding and etc. - Check the function organizer for feedback and complete the report, hand it on to Director of Sales and Marketing. - Ask for approval from DOSM and GM for any special case.
