I had 6 years experience working at 4-5 stars hotels at Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City at many different positions, so I have an overall understanding of the organization of the different parts of the hotel in order to serve more effective for the position I applied for. I am an avid learner, constantly developing myself, not afraid of difficulties and challenges in new fields. As you can see in my attached resume i worked from public attendant positon, houseman of housekeeping team, then i worked as a bell man, and then concierge agent. I had two times experience working during pre-opening period. My English skill is good, and i can use chinese too. Proficient use of hotel management software : protel, smile, opera. Have full knowledge about working process of different positions such as : Bellman, concierge, guest relation officer, guest relation agent, butler, service center agent. Ability to manage and train team, build and maintain work processes with professional and polite working attitude.
