Being responsibility as HR Generalist for HR field in Nha Trang Branch: - Execute and develop proper HR plan at optimum cost. - Manage in HR daily operation with professional and smooth services: Recruiting and Training, Payroll process, Compensation & Benefits, KPI evaluation, Employee engagement activities. - Set up new office; Other office administrative affairs.

Manage and lead HR Team in HR daily operations with professional HR operational services at optimum cost (at Nha Trang Store, Dalat Depot, Phan Rang Satellite Office): - Implement, review and propose Compensation and Benefits policies, the Payroll process, SHUI, PIT, HRIS (Cadena) and all related HR reports in Store; - Ensure the timely and effective recruitment of employees level 5, 6, 7 (Supervisor, Assistant/ Executive, Staff); - Coordinate with the Training contact in HO to organize in Distribution Centre training programs and On the job training activities to a high standard of performance. - Performance management. - Employee engagement activities. 2. Implement Centralized Payroll in Centre Region (Nha Trang, Dalat Depot, Phan Rang Satellite Office, Quy Nhon).
