Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy Training staff to follow restaurant procedures Maintaining safety and food quality standards Keeping customers happy and handling complaints Organizing schedules Research new wholesale food suppliers and negotiate prices Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed Managing cafeteria vendors’ contracts and invoices Organize most of the school events Coordinate communication between school and the cafeteria Process payroll for all staff Supervise kitchen and staff and provide assistance, as needed Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues Gather school, students and parents’ feedback in order to amend improvements to our menus
Handling all administration task to support teachers Manage the implementation of continuous improvement of student’s service support. Communicate with parents for relevant information about courses and student progress. Support parents with advice for student’s suitable course. Lead, manage and develop supporting event staff within the English Department through work planning, coaching and mentoring approach. Set performance targets, service of the event indicators and quality standards, goals, objectives and priorities for the team. Manage the recruitment and hiring of new supporting event staff.
