I was assigned to oversee the opening operation, implementing the entire Marriott opening SOPs and leading the hotel team during the new 298-room opening, which included restaurants, and meeting facilities. I aimed to achieve all the objectives and implement the company's guidelines and policies.
I was hired to manage the all-inclusive Resort Hotel with 627 rooms and 17 F&B outlets with a refurbishment project. My responsibilities included overseeing daily hotel operations, implementing new SOPs, leading and coaching all hotel heads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
