Internship +Fitness – Spa: Guide and schedule for customers. Take care of members and prepare equipment for customers. Prepare the locker and shower room for the guest after workout time. Support customers if they have any questions about the service. +Housekeeping: Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies. Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers make up beds and change linens as required. Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition. Keep linen room stocked +Receptionist – Guest relation: Must verify guests' credit and establish how the guest will pay for the accommodation. Always keep contact with housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems. Make and confirm reservations with the guest and compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests. Also record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary – Review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process +Concierge – Bell: Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment. Take food and drink orders from customers accurately. Enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Engage with customers and take care of them. Knowledge of the menu, up sale and recommend the best seller food. Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Collect payments from tables. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
Set up sauce station. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests. Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins.
Full knowledge about menu and provide detailed information when asked. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software. Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff, check food before sending it to the table. Deliver checks and collect bills for payments. Able to access POS Back Office system to edit menu, pricing. Sending the red invoice to the guest at the end of day. Handling POS and cashier station during the service (cash in-out, card machine, purchasing report). In charge of opening or closing shifts.
