- Entertain clients to build and develop the close relationship with the customers - Initiates and prepares tenders for business - Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization - Assist with the preparation of news products and services - Assist in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities - Implement direction from the CEO - Giving training, supporting to sales staff
- Collect & analyze customers' information to consult customers effectively - Provide services customers expect - Follow up with the customers and provider from the beginning to the end of the trip to ensure all booked services are fine - Solve the matters (if any) immediately, drive them to the best satisfaction to use the services of company
- Upload new company’s programs and promotion on website - Collect guests’s demands and reponse them quickly - Provide all services guests expect and follow their trip from the beginning to the end. - Renew/extend visa for foreigners. - Ensure guests receive the high quality service of company.
