• Assisting Sale & Marketing tasks: Focus on supporting the Sales/Revenue team in developing pricing structures for self-operated hotels, assisting in business planning for new projects and analyzing topline performance in the hotel’s P&L reports. • Assisting Operational tasks: - Assisting all departments with strategic planning, evaluation, analysis, control, and implementation of hotel operation strategies, both periodic and ad-hoc. This includes P&L reports, AOP 2024, and the development of cost standards for 2024, Etc., - Collaborate with the OR team to negotiate CAPEX list and other issues with the Operator per BOD requests. • Assisting Pre-Opening tasks: - Supporting specialized departments in developing procurement plans and OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) lists. - Assisting in the creation of pre-opening and operational budgets. - Ensuring that specialized departments adhere to project timelines, including procurement, recruitment, handover, sales & marketing plans, and legal and financial documentation. - Aiding experts in establishing standards, including set-up standards, project handover standards, brand standards, construction standards, and various procedures and regulations (SOPs, MOD, quality control), etc., - Assisting experts in developing Space Programs for each project. • Managing Compliance and Administrative Management duties: - Monitoring compliance with procedures, approval matrix, and the accuracy of documents before submission for CEO’s approval. - Managing the CEO’s meeting schedules and work calendar. - Drafting official correspondence and recording minutes for meetings involving the CEO’s
A Boutique Resort With 52 Villas at Tuy Hoa City – Phu Yen Province • Responsible for the sales department, managing and guiding a team of three members, with responsibilities including both sales and marketing • Ability to develop pricing strategies for each market segment: pricing structure, tactical pricing, seasonal pricing, and flash sales programs • For the Corp – MICE segment: build relationships with local Travel Agent. Focusing on promotional pricing programs for catering services, gala dinners, weddings, and birthday parties • Work with diplomatic bookings, government departments, consulates, and inbound groups: India, USA. • Collaborate with the GM and HODs on business reports: Sales & Marketing action plan, P&L meetings, Group Tracking, etc., and plan and organize Fam trips for partners. • Review and approve marketing programs on social media and the website: content, ideas, and visuals, ensuring alignment with the overall direction and concept of the resort
- Work with travel agents in the leisure wholesale market, expanding new accounts and handling FIT & GIT bookings: quoting, negotiating, and preparing wholesale contracts - Golf segment: Collaborate with FLC Group's subsidiary on internal corporate golf tournaments and explore new travel agents. - Conduct tele-sales and send EDMs when new requests or promotional packages are received. - Support the DOS in developing pricing programs for different times of the year for each specific market.
• Work with corporations to quote and negotiate contracts, focusing on businesses in training, insurance, and real estate sectors. • Provide customer care, advise, and close sales with individual clients seeking services for weddings, birthday parties, and other events. • Consult and negotiate with clients inquiring about wedding events, evaluating and calculating to offer the best price (Direct Customer). • Collaborate with specialized departments (FB, Kitchen, Technical, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of customer events. • Prepare BEOs and conduct weekly meetings with department heads.
