• Inspects for defects of the apartment and updates them to the app according to each error category • Inspects and receives the key from the main contractor and changes the apartment password • Reports to team leader the number of units inspected for the day and special cases if any • Checks the cleanliness of the apartment before handing it over to the customer • Prepares the kit (including apartment drawings, keys, magnetic cards, flash drive, resident manuals, etc.) and related documents for the handover date • Welcomes customers at the project and handles over apartments to customers • Records defects of the apartment from the customer if any, coordinates with the contractor and monitors the process of handling errors in the apartment • Updates daily reports on the progress of fixing bugs in the apartment • Schedules an appointment for the customer to check the fault and makes the final water and electricity record • Supports customers with their queries about the building, pink book, etc.
