• In charge of Talent Acquisition Process for all hotel & golf resort projects in Vietnam of FLC Group (Sam Son, Vinh Phuc, Quy Nhon, Ha Long, Quang Binh) • Recruited Pre-Opening team for FLC Grand Samson (588 keys), FLC Ha Long (650 keys), FLC Golf Links Quang Binh (18 holes), FLC Golf Links Sam Son (18 Holes) • Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems (TinhVan HiStaff) • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents…) Advertise to hunt & build Talent Pool for opening & running projects using online platform such as Vietnamworks, CareerBuilder, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook…and personal networking. • Assist properties’ HR departments in manning and recruiting • Conduct Reference Check upon interview process completion
Be a part of Pre-Opening Hoiana Premium (Casino) Team with following job scopes: • In conjunction with the Director of HR&A ensure the alignment of the HR service to the Casino Team. • Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting • Finalize the development and implementation of the HR Strategic Plan to support the Casino in achieving its objectives • Together with the HR Management Team lead the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice HR Polices, specifically in the area of Recruitment and Selection with a particular focus on developing strategies to recruit and retain leaders in line with the Casino Team • Develop the effectiveness and competence of the Resourcing, HR Services, Workforce Planning and Change functions of the Casino Team delivering excellence in these key areas Recruitment • Set up recruitment process & HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) for the casino • Plan & Organize career talks/job fairs/mass recruitment event with Business Units • Identify proper channels for headhunting the top management positions • Backfill and analyze the gap of vacancies • Provide systematic recruitment status update HR Business Partner • Work closely with BUs, line managers and employees to achieve the shared organizationalgoals • Design & advise HR plan for each BU to monitor any circumstances are over-staffed or under-staffed • Manage BU's functional/departmental FTEs/Headcounts and make sure it’s within the budget • Set up disciplinary action & counseling process and policy with BUs based on departmentalSOPs • Engage with employees to address grievance & conflict management, oversee employees’ issues and complaints • Implement and sustain various HR strategies and new initiatives at Casino for employee development & retention • Ensure proper background check is in place & coordinate with CRI team Expatriate Services • Plan & anticipate the needs of expat labor based on operational performance • Provide related services (visa, work permit, relocation, insurance...) to expat employees in accordance with company's policies & state's law Other: Supporting other HR functions (C&B, L&D, WFO, EC&E, Admin) on their dailyoperations
