F&B Manager main responsibilities: * Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards. * Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel *Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures. * Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork. •Assist in planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications each season, working closely with respective teams to ensure they fit with brand concept guidelines and are to the high quality our guests expect. • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements. • Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations. • Prepare weekly schedules for baristas, bar back and server staff to adequately cover all shifts. • Provide for coverage in case of employee absence and adjust staffing as necessary to meet business demands. • Monitor inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock is maintained and to prevent excess pours or abuse by staff. • Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines.

Assistant Store Manager Main responsibilities: • Assists the store manager in running an efficient and profitable operation ofstore. • Responsible for ensuring that the store meets Company standards in sales,staffing, product quality, visual merchandising, and operations. • Assists the store manager with the goal of providing customers with excellent,quality products and fast, friendly service. • Enforces all procedures in the absence of the store manager and coordinates. •Manage the training of baristas and lead baristas. • Expected to have significant product knowledge and demonstrate positive,friendly and courteous customer service, as well as be able to demonstrate acommitment to our Guiding Principles and HouseRules.
In Room Dining Supervisor Main responsibilities: • Guiding the waiter in the performance of their jobs. • Ensuring sufficient operating guest supplies and operating equipment during shift’s operation. • Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the room servicearea, pool side bar and Executive Lounge. • Responsible for the proper maintenance and good working order of allequipment, furniture and fixtures in the room service area and ExecutiveLounge, during the shift. • Consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures inthe room service. • Ensuring sufficiency of manpower in the shift. • Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior,which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the Hotel.
Head Bartender at Pearl Restaurant (Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant) * Main responsibilities: • Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the standard ofperformance manual of the hotel • Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practice, cocktailmixing, bottle flaring and upselling • Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability througheffective utilization of all resources • Work towards the timely set up of the bar areas and the completion of all miseen place works, in line with the opening hours • Delight the guest by offering trend setting and innovative products andservices, contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing revenue •Prepare Store requisitions and Bar requisitions • Handle guest complaints directly or refer them to the Bar Manager
Bartender at Yuchu Restaurant ( Chinese Restaurant) Main responsibilities: • Greet customers, give them menus, and inform themabout daily specials • Take drink orders from customers • Mix drinks according to recipes • Check identification of customers, to ensure that theyare of legal drinkingage • Clean bars, tables, and work areas • Operate cash registers, collect payments fromcustomers, and return change • Manage bar operation and order and maintain liquorand bar supplies
Room Service Associate Part Time Main responsibilities: • Delivers guest food orders in a timely manner. • Checks completed orders for accuracy and quality • Greets guests, describes selected items to the guestusing interesting andvivid descriptions, communicates options for removal of trays, responds torequest for tray removal according to established time standards,and accurately closes guest checks. • Manage deliveries to guests at an upscale. • Continue to develop outstanding customer service skills in order to assure the quality of room service deliveries. • Refining ability to carry out detailed oriented taskssuch as keeping inventory and billing.
