Over the past 5 years in the hospitality industry, I've developed a passion for fostering positive work environments. I enjoy learning about people and believe that employee satisfaction is key to a company's sustainable success. Leveraging my experience in hospitality, training, and human resources, I'm highly motivated to join an organization where I can contribute to building a professional, committed team and cultivate a fun, engaging work culture.
In the next 1-2 years, I want to have the opportunity to take on the position of Human Resources Manager and be involved with the development of the company. Therefore, I am willing to learn new skills, and desire to learn from an excellent leadership team.

- Take responsibility in compensation, social insurance, salary and welfare administration, labor relations, health and safety, recruitment, and staff training and development. - Maintained employee records and files. - Managing staff canteen and locker. - Handle complaint, arbitration in case to protect the hotel's benefits. - Conducting my duty in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. - To assume responsibility of the department in the absence of the Human Resources Manager. - Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Pre-opening motel, set up room rate, minibar menu, registration OTA (Booking.com), Facebook fanpage - Performing check-in, check-out procedures. - Registered residence for guest ,To allocate room according to reservations list - Handle every kind of requests and guest complaints. - Internal report: Monthly report, HR report, revenue report. - VAT invoice issued, payroll, buiding motel information booklet. - Purchasing amenities, beverage,...for company. - Building guest receiving procedure during the Covid-19 epidemic. - Recruitment plan through channels: Social Network, Website vieclamcantho.com.... Selecting candidate's profile according to the recruitment requirements of eachposition. Interviewing candidates (round 1).
Bar Attendant Position: - Prepare drinks according to the menu Smoothie ..) - Serving guests, serving meals for guests according to dishes (Western, Asia, India, Vietnamese). - Monitor the party according to the assigned area, set up the dining table, set up the bar to clean up. - Creating new drinks. - Cashier Human Resource Secretary Position: - Payroll, Bonus and Social Insurance (Payment procedures for sickness, maternity, and labor accidents, managing annual leave day and recuperation day for staff - Supervise and check all records on sick leave, maternity, labour accident, medical expense, misconduct, grooming and personal behavior. - Handle staff complaint, arbitration in case to protect the hotel's benefits. - Managing human resource document, report labor usage situation at the hotel, performing labor contract, appendix, company permit. - Liaise with relevant departments and local government authorities regarding labour law, labour relation and arbitration case. - Carry out newcomer recruitment procedures and termination documents for staff. - Internal training (Induction training for new comers, MS skills and any other if required) and be in charge training report. - Organize internal event (Staff Meeting, Women's day, Children's day ,...) - Managing staff canteen and locker - Support and handle required tasks during the HRM absence. - Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
