I am actively pursuing a trainer position at a hotel/resort, leveraging my proficiency and passion for teaching and training. - Lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes and deliver outstanding customer service. - Develop and implement customer service training programs for new and existing staff, focusing on enhancing communication and problem-solving skills. - Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on hotel services, amenities, and customer service standards. - Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction. - Utilize guest feedback to identify training needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively communicate with guests to confirm reservations and address any inquiries. - Arrange transfers for guests before, during, and after their stay. - Implement and oversee the self-check-in process, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience for guests. - Maintain prompt interaction with guests throughout their stay to ensure a truly delightful stay.
- Discussing with the design department in order to finalize specifications within the list of items in the projects. - Searching for new suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers. - Obtaining quotes from different suppliers. - Negotiating prices, quantities, and delivery3schedules with suppliers. - Making comparisons between suppliers and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes. - Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency - Preparing and processing purchase orders with suppliers in domestic market and overseas. - Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts will contain all details of the negotiation. - Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records. - Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns - Researching up-to-date building materials which can be submitted as an proposal for up-coming projects - Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.
- Preparing instructions tailored to students' needs and levels. - Delivering lessons to students at different levels. - Making interaction with students on Facebook group: sharing materials, giving encouragement, correcting their mistakes in their homework, etc. - Attending exclusive training sections for teachers every month.

- Supervising all work in Purchasing- commercial Department in order to support team members whenever they encounter problems. - Running projects: *** Bidding period: + Attending kick-off meetings with sales team to collect information to work on new projects in the bidding. + Making a list of categories mentioned in bidding documents + Starting to search for appropriate suppliers and partners (both overseas and on the domestic market): qualify their abilities in terms of capacities, trustworthiness, prices and their attitudes towards our company before introducing them into our new projects. + Drawing a comparison between suppliers according to such criteria above to analyse data in detail, then determine the final bid prices and write some potential suppliers' names in the list. + Recording all information and emails related to the projects in the bidding. *** After awarding: Starting to carry out such projects. + Holding a meeting among team members to assign them tasks to come to one goal. + Going through the projects one more time to learn whether they needs some changes or not. + Draw up the schedule for each of the categories. + Trying our hands on negotiating with suppliers about prices once again in order to get better offers than that in the bidding, then identify who is finally the best fit for the projects. + Creating purchasing orders (PO) and tracking the progress of goods and ensuring on-time delivery. + Tackling problems arising during the period of projects. + Giving an up-to-date and weekly report to the manager. *** After the projects: + Taking lessons learned by listing out what we have done well and what we have not, then take them into account in the future projects. + Evaluating our current suppliers and partners throughout the time. - Other tasks: + Keeping the lists of partners updated weekly (or even daily) in order to diversify the range of suppliers across the world. In addition to it, this helps to prevent monopolies in business on the market. + Having business trips on a regular basis to visit suppliers' factories. + Arranging many training classes: we invite technicians of our company or professors outside to come to our classes and give us more technical training.
