- Responsible for organizing training & managing labor safety & fire prevention certificates at the facility - Responsible for implementing and reporting on orientation training programs for new employees. - Monitoring, promoting and reporting on new professional training programs for new employees at the company's farm system - Monitoring, promoting and reporting on Global S.L.P standard training programs at the farm system. - Planning, implementing, organizing and reporting on soft skills training programs for Head Office managers. - Planning, implementing, organizing and reporting on The Talent Management Development programs for Farm Directors according to the company's career path.
+GSM – Xanh SM BIKE - In charge of onboard training for new drivers and monitoring and reporting the driver's training process according to the training roadmap. - In charge of training & reporting on retraining for drivers who violate company regulations. - Survey actual training needs from Ops Dept and then develop and adjust appropriate training materials. - Plan & implement quarterly tests for drivers on the LMS system. - Directly train drivers on new product knowledge. + Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc - Propose and plan annual training according to the Company's orientation and goals. - Directly responsible for implementing and supervising the implementation of training activities according to the approved plan. - Evaluate and report the effectiveness of training activities, thereby proposing timely improvement solutions. - Spreading a learning culture within companies, departments and individuals. - Act as the focal point for working and managing suppliers. - Plan and create ideas for activities to promote corporate culture. - Directly implement corporate culture development activities as planned. - Continuously improve methods to encourage and orient employees to think and behave according to the company's core values, towards the common goals of the organization. - Responsible for internal communication and engagement program. - Coordinate with HODs to organize operations skill competitions for each department twice a year.
- Organize & direct training courses: Orientation, Customer service, Food hygiene and safety, FOH & BOH Basic skills for employees of all stores of the system. - Develop training documents, file form system & operation checklist for operation department. - Organize a quarterly promotion exam for all stores ’s staffs. - Conduct monthly training audits at stores in the sasin system - Organize and train management skills courses for all levels: Supervisor, ARGM, RGM & Conduct skill assessment after the management skills courses - Responsible for training & assessing basic skills for ETM ( External Trainee Manager) -Building on the job training tools and follow up to ensure the effectiveness of training. -Cooperate with Operation team in analyzing training needs for RM, ARM, Shiflt Sup. -Manage & issue L&D Recording for ETM/ITM after passing the management skill examination. Responsible for planning and conducting annual training schedule for Branch in coordination with Operation team. * Achievement: I was promoted to Training team leader after 6 months from Training executive.
-To take responsibilities in managing and controlling of all outlets & kitchens operations , giving the best service to the guest, maintaining of quality of products and service. -To take responsibility to, F&B quality that meets standard of food hygiene and safety, labor tools, cleaning, labor safety guarantee, fire prevention of the department. - To control all of cost in F&B Dept included cost of sale, cost of labor, food& beverage costs, Semi cost ( water, electricity, gas..). - Establish KPIs for all positions in F&B dept & assess all F&B staffs performance each month based on KPIs - Building Policy & Procedure documents & training for F&B staff. - To set business plan for each quarter, yearly and set specific strategy for each month. - To give guidance to subordinate on party and event decoration in accordance with standard and level of restaurant and as per guest’s request. - To take responsibilities in revenue and department’s expenses - Establishing the budget of F&B Dept each year & controlling F&B’s operation not to be over that budget. - Planning marketing strategy for F&B on the busy season or all festivals.- Planning to make new recipe for new menu with Executive Chef. * Achievement: + I drove my dept to become the best department of year in service in 2017 & 2019 + Successfully in set up Jogae BBQ restaurant for Famiana owner + I was promoted to FBD in 2019 from Assistant FBD
