- Organize & direct training courses: Orientation, Customer service, Food safety, Operations Basic skills for employees of all stores . - Develop training documents, checklists for operations dept. - Organize a quarterly promotion exam for all stores ’s staffs. - Conduct monthly training audits at stores - Organize, train & skill assessment in management skills courses for all manager levels - Responsible for training & assessing basic skills for ETM ( External Trainee Manager) .- Cooperate with Operations team in analyzing training needs & responsible for planning and conducting annual training schedule. -Manage & issue L&D Recording for ETM/ITM .
- Responsible for organizing, training and evaluating new employees of the company according to the onboard training course. - Based on BI software, statistics on the list of stores that have failed sales indicators, then plan a visit to the store to coaching .- Directly train new product knowledge for stores. - Conduct monthly training tests in stores to test product knowledge and sales skills. - Evaluate & issue certification to employees after each training course. - Manage and update training tracking of all staffs at the stores. - Manage & Update training document & exams on the e-learning system.
- In charge of onboard training for new drivers and monitoring and reporting the driver's training process according to the training roadmap. - In charge of training & reporting on retraining for drivers who violate company regulations. - Survey actual training needs from Ops Dept and then develop and adjust appropriate training materials. - Plan & implement quarterly tests for drivers on the LMS system. - Directly train drivers on new product knowledge. - Propose and plan annual training according to the Company's orientation and goals. - Directly responsible for implementing and supervising the implementation of training activities according to the approved plan. - Evaluate and report the effectiveness of training activities, thereby proposing timely improvement solutions. - Spreading a learning culture within companies, departments and individuals. - Act as the focal point for working and managing suppliers. - Plan and create ideas for activities to promote corporate culture. - Directly implement corporate culture development activities as planned. - Continuously improve methods to encourage and orient employees to think and behave according to the company's core values, towards the common goals of the organization. - Responsible for internal communication and PR work.
