Manage and resolve all human resources issues: Labor contracts, recruitment, Social insurance, receiving inspection teams; Develop human resources policies and procedures, all forms related to human resources; Control salary calculation, social insurance and other personnel reports; Build salary structure, evaluate work results and job descriptions for each position; Propose remuneration and incentive policies for the Board of Directors to consider; Responsible for legal advice in risk mitigation activities as well as litigation related to employee-related issues; Ensure all terms and conditions of employment comply with company regulations and government legal documents; Work with state management agencies on personnel-related issues; Advise Management and employees on the latest labor laws and legal regulations; Carry out the Company's legal procedures: Security and Order License, Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate, Business License, change of head
- Welcome new employees, introduce information about personnel profiles, complete documents and sign contracts. - Labor contract management - Transfer / Salary adjustment / Appointment / Dismissal - Reward and handle violations: notify the approved list to the operations block. - Communication, consulting and answering questions related to labor relations: + Information, answers and advice to employees on personnel procedures according to the approved Q&A set. + Participate in communication, information, answers and advice to employees on personnel procedures. + Support departments to export human resource management reports from the software system within the scope of management. - Data management on human resources software: perform data entry for new employees, transfers, appointments, dismissals, rewards, disciplinary actions, and termination of labor contracts. - Manage employee file cabinets: Create new employee file files according to the required list. Review and update old employee records periodically as required. Monitor and manage documents that need to be supplemented according to required deadlines. - Carry out periodic and extraordinary reports as requested by the Board of Directors.

Periodically review and propose organizational structure and headcount planning within the scope of responsibility to ensure a lean, efficient structure that meets business and operational requirements in each period. Prepare and control the HR budget within the assigned scope, ensuring compliance with the business plan and human resource cost efficiency standards. Closely monitor business and operational performance to research and propose appropriate HR solutions for the assigned Division/Chain. Implement and control internal communications related to HR policies and working environment (TMLV) in line with the Company’s orientation. Manage matters related to labor procedures and employee relations (welcoming new employees, answering questions on benefits, policies, labor regulations, handling complaints related to discipline, termination, early contract termination, etc.). Implement and develop career development roadmaps for each management position within the assigned scope, and monitor the execution at the individual level. Coordinate the implementation of engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and corporate culture development at the site within the assigned scope.
