As a Sales Trainee, I have 1 year of experience supporting sales operations, event coordination, and administration in luxury resorts. I am eager to step into a Coordinator role in either Sales or Events, with the long-term goal of advancing to higher responsibilities such as Sales Executive, Event Executive, and Manager, contributing to business growth and successful event delivery for the company
Assisted Sales & Event team with paperwork including proposals, contracts, agreements, invoices, and other assigned sales activities. Worked closely with Finance, HR, F&B and other departments to process sales documents accurately and obtain timely approvals. Coordinated with team members on site inspections and independently led groups of over 10 guests on two site inspections. Assisted in conducting competitor research in wedding and MICE markets to support business development strategies. Handled and responded to customer requests via phone, email and fax ensuring timely support for clients. Maintained and updated reports and databases in Opera, Salesforce, and WOT (Week of Time) system.
Monitored on-site events to ensure smooth execution and responded promptly to unforeseen situations. Supported the Sales team during site inspections by preparing materials and assisting in addressing guest inquiries. Gained hands-on experience with database maintenance, ensuring information was kept up to date. Represented the Sales Department at internal resort events (Year-End Party, International Women’s Day contest), strengthening internal engagement and team visibility. Learned cross-department collaboration by liaising with Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate documentation flow.
