I am a highly motivated and experienced professional with 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, especially Pre-opening & Renovation hotels/resorts. Receiving and responding all reservations from Website, OTA, Travel agent, Hotline. Responsible for auditing and recording all hotel transactions during the day. Balance bookings, checking room rates and room status, sending daily reports to HODs and BODs. Handle complaints exectively from the customers. Controlling hotel operations and managing risks at the hotel, such as: Quality of service, zre protection, security and order.
