- Present menu, answer enquiries and make suggestion regarding food & beverage and service to guests. - Provides information for guests or direct them to the right person. - Remain polite and courteous at all time. - Pass on any complaints to the Supervisor and/or handles those concerning the restaurant immediately and sensibly and keep the Supervisor informed. - Set up working areas, keep it clean and tidy at all time. - Maintains the stock of products available for guests. - Attend all staff meeting and training as required.
