Thông tin cơ bản

Mô tả công việc

• Receive guests to the resort by greeting them warmly, friendly and helpful
• Perform check in guest such as registering and assigning rooms to guests, make room change procedures and check  out 
• Lead guests to their room and introduce how to use equipment in the room.
• Manages guests’ accounts and information, and apartment availability in the system
• Receive call, handles guest queries, comment and complaints, and refer issues to supervisor when nescessary
• Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all monney received
• Provide business corner serviice as required: sell tours, for rent motobikes , book taxi,.. with correct charges posed to guests
• Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external) redriect to department as required
• Checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary document and hand over for morning shift 
• Perform any other task assiigned based on the resort needs or requirement

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good at English is a must 
• Good oral and communication skills
• Ensure to work on night shift
• Be capable of working under pressure
• Able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations
• Be prepared to work extended hours if require
