Mô tả công việc

• Night Auditor Supervisor is to assist Night Duty Manager in the daily smooth running of the Front Desk and Lobby operation and to present management in absence. Priority has always been given to guest requests or complaints.

• Responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Front Desk and Lobby area of the Hotel while on duty.

• Ensure that all check-in and check-out daily are done professionally and complied with the Hotel Procedure.

• Responsible for ensuring that clear and constant communication lines are kept with all staff, areas, and other Departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least three-year working experience in the Front office department

- Degree in Hospitality Management or related certificate

- Fluent communication in English and/or another language is preferred

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and OPERA System - Problem-solving and organizational abilities
