As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the bar in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Bar Manager is accountable for ensuring the bar delivers exceptional beverage experiences and contributes to the overall success of the hotel’s outlets and events, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial objectives.

• Experienced, dynamic and innovative bar manager who has a proven track record in delivering creative strategies to achieve financial objectives.
• The successful candidate will ideally have experience in high-end reputable standalone cocktail bars and luxury 5 star hotels.
• Understanding local markets, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to recognize emerging trends are paramount in the success of this role.
• An engaging personality with an ability to connect with both guests and colleagues to create and deliver new and exciting experiences is essential
• Experience working with suppliers / entertainment agents and performers is required to drive the entire operation to continued and heightened success.
