- Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen, including food production, food quality control, presentation and hygiene management, to ensure the highest standards of productivity, consistency, product and quality assurance for all aspects and to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Support the culinary team with guidance by successfully applying experience and knowledge.
- Establish & maintain effective employee relations to create a dedicated team of professionals
- To repair and cook food follow standard of hotel.
- Make new menu, set menu and all promotion of food.
- Ensure stock is adequate to meet demands requirement and enforce strict delivery time schedule.
- In charge of department working schedule and frequently following up with staffs’ rest days, holidays and leaves.
- To make new menu in season, promotion food and take photo for new food. Ensure all foods are followed to standard.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 7-year of working experience in Chinese Cuisine. Educated in a Hotel Management or Vocational Studies specializing in Culinary and Food Management.
- Working experience related to factory mass production or airline catering is required.
- Basic Food Hygiene knowledge, have the Food Safety and Hygiene Course Certificate (Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage)
- Fluent in Cantonese / Mandarin and English
- Effectively communicate with other chefs and service staff in order to full fill and address any issues or needs requested by guests.
- Self-motivated, responsible, role-modeling for all kitchen staffs.
- Perform all other job related duties as requested by the management.
- To ensure that all staff are properly groomed and dressed as per the standards of hygiene set.
- To have timely follow-ups on all matters pertaining to the kitchen
