• Be the key coordinator in organizing media reception.
• Be the key coordinator in organizing Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
• Book advertorials on newspapers & magazines.
• Be in charge of Social Media (Facebook/ You tube).
• Be in charge of Social Media Crisis Management.
• Support Marketing team in PR Campaign.
• Prepare materials for interviews and talk shows on TV.
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with traditional media.
• Be in charge of press release (translation media report).
• Organize media reception, media tour.
• Assist to draft holding statements in case of crisis or emergency.
• Planning, developing and implementing communication annual plan.
• Handle paper work (approval paper, payment request, and database management …) & admin work.
• Prepare supported document in order to win corporate awards.
• Budget planning, tracking and controlling.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

• 6 day-off per month

• Education: Marketing or related field.
• Certification : Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience : Minimum 1 year experiences as the same position at 4/5star hotel/resort.
• Other : Hard working, be honest, active in work as well as ready to work under high pressure. Management skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Having good skills in public speaking and presentation skills.
