Mô tả công việc

- Arrange for all hotel IT infrastructure.

- Manage the hotel’s computer network & systems for maximum utilization. This includes;

• Verifying the daily backup log to ensure successful backup,
• Regular housekeeping of disk storage, system passwords.
• System & Network administration.

- Ensure that the IT Operating Rules & Guidelines of the use of computer equipment are available to all users and are followed.

- Schedule periodic security audits and risk assessments.

- Manage the IT expenses against IT Capital Expenditure and Operational Budgets.

Yêu cầu công việc

- IT degree or diploma and at least 03 years management experience in a similar role.

- Preferably should have the necessary knowledge for the following computer applications including, but are not limited to:
back office system, PABX system, Accounting & HR system, Electronic Door Lock system, etc.

- Have positive and can-do attitude.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good oral and written English communication.
