Mô tả công việc

1. Administrative Responsibility

• To fill in the daily duty report

• To report lost and found item and submit guest incident Report to Manager as is appropriate

• To update the communication book on daily events as is appropriate

• To be fully familiar with The Azerai Code of Conduct and to follow these standards of service as they apply to your department.

• To ensure high standards of cleanliness in the department

• To be fully aware of current and future services offered by the Spa and to make suggestions for improvement, expansion or creation of new services

2. Customer

• To maintain a high customer service focus.

• To always provide customers with an enjoyable and memorable experience.

• Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality, creativity, range and value for money available throughout the property.

• To provide a courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.

• To have a thorough knowledge of Health, Spa and fitness departments as well as other applicable services offered by the hotel.

• To notify the Spa Manager immediately of any guest complaints.

3. Profit

• To actively up sell all the appropriate Spa services, retail products and fitness services to the guests.

• To ensure that the departmental operation budget is strictly adhered to maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses.

• To contribute to the overall Spa revenue targets.

• To confidently recommend and up sell additional treatments to guests. To try to rebook them where ever possible.
