Perform check out and assisting GEM with check-in when required.
Anticipate guest’s needs, handle and follow up guest’s inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner. To be proactive and innovative to suggest alternatives that meet guest’s request.
Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Resort’s services & facilities including villa types, rates, outlets, promotions, packages.
To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their Six Senses experience
Maximize sales revenue though room up-selling and other services sales.
Manage cash and credit card efficiently; make sure guest’s credit card details are secured.
Prepare Daily memo accurately. Fulfil all paper works and administrative tasks required efficiently.
Be efficient in updating daily ins and outs movement for the management.
Perform the task of airport representative.
Develop a professional and harmonious working relationship within Front Office department and other departments. Connect all sections within the department to ensure daily operation runs smoothly.
Comply with grooming standards and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local law

Yêu cầu công việc

Nhanh nhẹn; có kỹ năng tin học văn phòng
Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao; trung thực;
Có khả năng làm việc với áp lực và đòi hỏi ghi nhớ nhiều chi tiết;
Luôn sẵng sàng học hỏi, tiếp thu kiến thức mới với thái độ tích cực;

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương;
Kỹ năng giao tiếp Tiếng Anh tốt;
