Mô tả công việc
- Operate, install and maintain all electrical related equipment, HVAC equipment, and plumbing and water distribution systems, including steam systems, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment
- Perform inspections of operating machinery, equipment and systems.
- Calibrate and adjust all gas-fired equipment.
- Take a daily reading of all utility consumption and prepare energy management plans/ideas.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests, direct manager and department head
- Conduct guest room maintenance in accordance with the preventative maintenance program.
- Ensures all workshop and working areas are clean, tidy and safe.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance and compliance with fire and safety regulations and all municipal, state and federal guidelines.
- Ensure all equipment is used according to the manufacturers recommendations and ensure all equipment is well maintained and in a good state of repair.
- In addition, other duties may be required as directed by DOE or other PC members

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education background in HVAC technical or similar technics.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Basic English skills
- Proven knowledge of all aspects of Engineering, including HVAC and electrical.
